Background checks are required annually for all volunteers, including coaches.

4. Complete all information and submit
How do I request a facility for use by my program?
The Department of Recreation and Parks encourages the use of recreation and parks facilities for recreational, educational, civic and charitable purposes. The priority use of these facilities will be in that respective order.
